Lonnie Glass has been a touring musician since he was 18, in 1968 as both a bass player and acoustic guitarist, as a performer and songwriter.  His gritty vocals are his signature and his quirky guitar style help bring a uniqueness to these musical arrangements. He has teamed up with one of Victoria's preeminent Jazz Pianists to bring the songs of theses two monster ICONS into clear unmistakable brilliance.​

   Ashley Wey, a captivating performer with a deep-rooted connection to the jazz tradition, delivers expressive and soulful piano playing.  A powerful and insightful musician, Wey commands a wide repertoire, from Great American Songbook classics to her own original compositions, and classic popular music we all love. All marked by harmonic authority and impeccable technique.  Her spirited lyricism and adventurous improvisations breathe new life into contemporary music.

 On occasion, when schedules permit, "American Beauties" adds Louis Rudner, a versatile musician with a decade of experience performing globally.  Based in Victoria, BC, he's a leading bassist on the West Coast, bringing his broad musical knowledge and passion to this collaborative project.
